1b.) Dan Kennedy’s No B.S. INFO-Marketing Letter & Ultimate Information Entrepreneur Special Reports

The No B.S. INFO-Marketing Letter* and INFO-Marketing SPECIAL REPORTS are written personally by Dan Kennedy, and they ARE the “gold standard” of the entire industry. Each month, Dan takes you behind the scenes and inside his and his clients’ thriving, explosively growing info-businesses. He is THE leader of this entire industry, at its center, and more new, cutting edge discoveries and opportunities and information flow through his office than anywhere else. As a subscriber, you virtually “camp out” in his office, at his private consulting sessions, and “cherry pick” from everything coming and going through his clearinghouse! Here is exactly what you get:

Six times a year, every other month, you get The No B.S. INFO-Marketing Letter. That’s 12 to 16 pages of “meaty” news, strategies, examples from info-marketing successes, how-to strategies, Dan’s viewpoints, and more. Each issue is jammed tight with insider information you can’t get anywhere else — because nobody works up close with as many info-marketers as Dan. Nobody! If you merged just his Platinum members and private clients together as one corporation, its sales would exceed $250 MILLION, which doubled last year and are doubling again this year. In this Letter, you get insider peeks at both long-established, mature info-businesses and brand new launches…including those that zoom from zero to millions in just months. Dan shares the resources, vendors, and experts relied on by his most successful clients…copywriting, ad, sales letters, and online marketing examples…trends and predictions. Through this Letter, now in its 4th year, Dan has guided readers through revolutions and breakthroughs in info-marketing—like continuity, done-for-them services, and big ticket area exclusive programs—and is presently preparing readers for the Next Big Things. This Letter is meant for ACTION, not just reading and reference…ALL of the top info-marketers, including anybody you might know by name, eagerly await each issue and chew on it like starving dogs that just found a juicy steak, to extract moneymaking info they can put to use immediately. That list is a mile long…you can ask Scott Tucker, Rob Minton, Ben Glass, Lloyd Irvin, Derek Gehl at Internet Marketing Center, Yanik Silver, Matt Furey, Dr. Tom Orent, Dr. Ben Altadonna, Ed O’Keefe, Michael Jans, and just about any other multimillionaire or up-and-coming info-marketer, and they will all tell you they view this as “MUST READ.” You should, too.

And that’s just the half of it…

In the alternating months, six times a year, you get Dan’s No B.S. INFO-Marketing SPECIAL REPORTS. Each Report is an in-depth presentation on just one aspect of the info-business. This is advanced information. Past Reports have delved into a wide range of subjects, from “what info-marketers can learn from cults” to “newsletter business inside secrets” to “lead generation magazine advertising.” These Reports vary in length, sometimes include many exhibits, other times not; Dan chooses the topics and material based on questions from subscribers, current work with clients, new opportunities, or, frankly, what interests him at the moment. Each Report is a unique and valuable reference you’ll definitely keep and refer back to again and again. With each one, you build a library of “insider information” on different info-business “component parts,” businesses-within-businesses, and critical success strategies. These Reports are NOT available to anyone other than No B.S. INFO subscribers, via their IMA membership or separately — and these Reports often contain information Dan never shares elsewhere.

IF YOU WANT DAN KENNEDY PERSONALLY CONTRIBUTING HIS BEST STRATEGIES AND MOST VALUABLE KNOW-HOW TO YOUR INFORMATION MARKETING BUSINESS, this is just about the only way that can happen.**

*The No B.S. INFO-Marketing Letter should NOT be confused with the ”regular” No B.S. Marketing Letter that all Glazer/Kennedy Insider’s Circle® Members receive, nor with the No B.S. Marketing-To-The-Mass-Affluent Letter separately available. These are separate and different publications. The No B.S. INFO-Marketing Letter/No B.S. INFO-Marketing Special Reports are included in your IMA membership. **Dan works with nearly 50 top info-marketers as private clients or in his Platinum Group; that group is closed for 2008 with a long waitlist, and he very rarely accepts new clients — when he does, the initial day’s consulting fee (2007) is $12,800.00, but projects typically range upward from $50,000.00 to $100,000.00, plus royalties. It is in these publications that he makes his strategic business advice, marketing strategies, and real-life examples from his work with these clients and their businesses available, accessible, and affordable.

1c.) Info-Marketing Best Practices Teleseminars

Bill Glazer and I host a teleseminar each month, with successful and innovative IMA members, IMA member-vendors, experts from my staff and outside network, and others of interest, all focused on the business aspects of information marketing. 2: HELP WITH YOUR BUSINESS ISSUES

2a.) Jump Start in Information Marketing Business

To help beginning info-marketers get started quickly, I am hosting a special, beginners-only tele-series. This series will use as a curriculum Bill Glazer’s A to Z Information Marketing Blueprint. While it isn’t required that you obtain Bill’s product, it is very beneficial to all beginning info-marketers.

Each month, I will focus the curriculum on a module of the A to Z Blueprint. After giving you the basics of that section, I will open the call to your questions. You can ask about that module, and/or you may ask anything else you need to help you grow your info-marketing business. This is your time, dedicated to helping you understand the basics of making your business successful. You won’t have to worry about asking a stupid question; this call is designed to help you get your business started and making money within the info-marketing business.

The topics of these calls rotate every six months; however, you are welcome to jump in at any time.

2b.) Information Marketing Expertise, When You Need It

All of the newsletters and CDs are worthless if you cannot find the answer you need to your specific question, when you need that answer. While online directories and reference libraries have their place, usually they take too long and don’t specifically address your needs.

With the Information Marketing Association, you get a human information concierge:

  • How do I find a hotel I can work with and negotiate a “disaster-proofed” contract…at the lowest possible cost?
  • Who can I talk to about a copyright or trademark question?
  • How do I get merchant services?
  • What do I do if somebody’s “knocking off” my products?
  • What about E&O or consultant liability insurance?
  • Should I have a C Corp., S Corp., LLC?

And on and on and on…At the IMA, we have received all kinds of questions from info-marketers. We have created several systems to address your questions and get you started quickly. As a member of the IMA, you will receive a personal response to your question via email within 72 hours or less, guaranteed. If you don’t receive a response, your membership for that month is FREE.

Need a crackerjack media buyer? The best hotel negotiator and event planner? A good intellectual property attorney who knows your business? We’ve got a team in place and will be aggressively adding carefully screened experts as we go. You tell us your need via email, and we’ll refer you to the best experts or sources we know of, or we’ll directly provide the answers you need, as appropriate, from our staff. Your IMA MEMBERSHIP includes handling of up to six such questions per calendar year ($100.00 handling charge per request above six).

3: ONLINE NETWORKING

As a member, you have access to an online community of information marketers from around the world.

3a.) Newsletter and Jump Start Coaching Call Archive

You have access to the membership site, with back issues of the Information Marketing Insiders’ Journal and Jump Start coaching calls. We’ll add these every month, so you’ll be able to review the newsletter before you receive it in the mail.

3b.) Member Discussion Forum

Yes, there’s even an IMA ONLINE COMMUNITY, with bulletin boards…opportunities for you to call out to the entire membership for advice…ideas…referral to a type of expert or vendor…share experiences …even buy, sell, and trade. Restrictions and active enforcement of fair use policies apply, of course. Misuse will result in membership termination.

3c.) Joint Venture Opportunities

A convenient resource for you to find information products you can offer to your existing customers or to a market where you have a special opportunity. Plus, it’s a great place for you to study the products and events that other info-marketers are successfully offering, so you can see what works.

4: FREE CONTENT FOR YOUR NEWSLETTERS, WEBSITES, & PRODUCTS

4a.) Easy Content CDs

You receive free use articles, special reports, tip sheets, etc., of various lengths from selected IMA members, famous authors, speakers, and experts—including, of course, Dan Kennedy.

We provide material from numerous bestselling authors, such as Harv Eker, Mark Victor Hansen, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, Dr. Gene Landrum, Lee Milteer, Ron LeGrand, and Dr. Maxwell Maltz (Psycho-Cybernetics Foundation) as well as many other contemporary authors. You will be FREE to select from these works to create bonuses, add to your products, use in your newsletters, post on your websites, and use to draw traffic, etc. This is a huge member benefit that saves you time…saves you money…and lets you promote “name authors.”

“Just when I think I have it all, you publish more ideas. Plus, the ability to network with other members has been extremely helpful.”

Larry Loik
ReinClub.com
Thousand Oaks, CA

4b.) Gallery of Experts

When you are scheduling a monthly telephone call for your members, it can be stressful identifying great guests or replacing a guest that cancels. The Information Marketing Association Gallery of Experts does that for you.

The Gallery of Experts provides you a directory of guests you can interview on your calls, solicit articles from, and/or invite to speak at your events. Many within the listing have sample calls, so you can listen before you book them. Plus, any affiliate revenue opportunities are included in the directory.

Plus, as an IMA member, you are invited to add yourself to this directory, to provide yourself as a resource for other info-marketers who may be seeking interview opportunities.

Check out the Gallery of Experts here: IMA Interview Directory

4c.) Easy Content Archive

Members even benefit from the archive of Easy Content available on the membership site. Create products, fill newsletters, and provide more value to your customers by grabbing content from the Easy Content Archive.

5: SHOWCASE OF IMA MEMBER PRODUCTS & OTHER PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

5a.) IMA members are invited to submit articles, reports, tip sheets, and other content to be included in the Copyright-free Content CDs (see Item #4 above) provided to all IMA members.

“Even though I've been an info-marketer for 10 years I was able to call into a Jump-Start coaching call to ask a question about pirates selling my products on eBay. I implemented Robert's advice, and it went away within a week. Membership is worth 10 times what I put in.”

Larry Conn
InstantYellowPageProfits.com
Bishop, CA

This is a terrific opportunity to promote yourself to a huge universe of highly responsive buyers of information! If, for example, there are 1,000 IMA members, and they choose one of your articles to distribute to their lists, and they average 5,000 on their lists…you reach a circulation of 5 MILLION…free!

(Such content cannot have web links or excessive promotion and may be edited, but one promotional announcement with contact info is permitted at the end of each article, and all users must leave this intact.)

5b.) Sell your products and services through the IMA’s Joint Venture Directory

To facilitate joint ventures, the Information Marketing Insiders’ Journal publishes the Information Marketing Joint Venture Directory. As an IMA member, you are welcome to list your opportunities, along with a link for more information. Your listings can be for products or events.

The deadlines are the beginning of the month before each newsletter’s publication month. For example, for the March newsletter, we’ll need your submission by February 1. You will want to promote joint ventures for your events at least four to nine months out. This will give members a chance to promote them to their customers several months before the actual events.

We’re happy to publish your JVs and events to notify all IMA members about your opportunities.

5c.) Encourage other info-marketers to sell seminar seats by including your seminars in the Information Marketing Industry Calendar

Do you have a meeting coming up that should be featured in the Insiders’ Journal? We’re happy to include your boot camp/meeting dates on the calendar and let everyone know about your events and how to get additional information.

It’s good to let other info-marketers know about your events to minimize competing events from occurring on the same dates. Also, sometimes IMA members register, so they can see how meetings are run.

Let us list your event on the Information Marketing Industry Calendar.

5d.) Include yourself in the Gallery of Experts

Every month, thousands of info-marketers are booking guests for monthly telephone interviews. If you have great content to offer other info-marketers, then you should be listed in the Information Marketing Association Gallery of Experts.

The Gallery of Experts is the go-to resource for our members to locate guests. This directory allows you to include your topic, a link to a sample interview, so an info-marketer can hear what you sound like, and any joint venture opportunities you may offer.

Some IMA members will prefer not to pitch, opting instead to provide your contact information at the end of the interview. For other info-marketers, your joint venture offer may be exactly what they are looking for.

Also, some info-marketers use this directory to identify speakers for their events, seminars, and boot camps. Your listing ensures you’ll be considered for these opportunities.

5e.) IMA members may submit proposals to offer discounts on certain of their goods/services to other IMA members.

5f.) Product Showcase to sell your products through IMA

IMA websiteIMA members may submit products for showcase and sale on the IMAProductShowcase.com website. The IMA website will have products listed by category, feature the product sales letter, and handle the entire transaction.

Unless the products you submit for the IMA SHOWCASE are deemed offensive, objectionable, or of low quality or integrity, they will be offered for sale in the Showcase. A 50%/50% split on product sales or other revenue sharing on services is required.

Not only is this a great way for info-marketers to reach a broader audience, but this is a terrific opportunity for vendors who are trying to offer their products and services to info-markers. There is no other opportunity to reach so many info-marketers in one place than the IMA Product Showcase.

6: INCREASED CREDIBILITY WITH AN
INDUSTRY IDENTITY

As an IMA member, you are authorized to use the logo with your member designation in your ads, marketing materials, and websites, as well as on your products.

Information Marketing Association LogoSurveys of both consumers and business owners overwhelmingly indicate a buyers’ preference for purchasing from companies identifying themselves as members of a trade or professional association. Also, vendors including banks, lending institutions and leasing companies, hotels and convention centers, ad media, etc., indicate a similar “reassurance” when they are dealing with a member of a recognized association.

As you can see, the logo itself includes the www.info-marketing.org website, where consumers will find the IMA Code of Ethics, information regarding assistance with disputes, a member directory by category and general credibility information for all information marketers. (Note: Code of Ethics language appears on the reverse side of your membership registration form, and your agreement to adhere to this code is MANDATORY for IMA membership.)

7: MEMBERS ONLY DISCOUNTS
&/OR PREFERRED SERVICES

Here is a small sampling of discounts already arranged for IMA members:

7a.) Affordable Group Health Insurance

“The meager dues I pay helped me grow my business 300%; it's like they're mailing me cash!”

Darius Arnold
Forward, Inc.
WorshipLeadersAdvantage.com
New Port Richey, FL

A growing number of people in the United States are uninsured. In 2005, almost 44 million Americans had no health insurance. Although many of those without insurance do have jobs, the self-employed, part-time workers, or low-wage earners find barriers to obtaining coverage—and less than half of all small companies offer health insurance to their employees.

Group purchasing power increases the availability to individuals and breaks down barriers to accessing health insurance coverage. We are pleased to provide our members with a national group and individual health insurance program with average health insurance savings of 42%. Plan options available to members include:

  • Your choice of doctors and hospitals from over 97 PPO networks
  • Your choice of deductible and coinsurance
  • Initial 12-month rate guarantee
  • Lifetime maximum benefit up to $8 million
  • Plans with a $20, $25, $30, or $40 co-pay for doctor visits
  • Wellness benefits & Prescription Drug Card
  • Dental & Vision Card
  • Health Savings Account
  • Premium savings with our national PPO networks
  • Worldwide coverage, 24 hours a day

7b.) Office Supplies From Office Depot

Office DepotGoing to the office supplies store can be a drain on employee time and can leave the office un- or under-staffed. But shopping for supplies online at Office Depot can take care of business needs without anyone ever having to leave the office, saving valuable staff hours.

7c.) Office Machines From Pitney Bowes

Mass mail-outs can consume a lot of time—hand stamping, sealing, labeling, and sorting by employees often result in error-filed mailings and are a drain on staff. Pitney Bowes can save you time and money on mailings.

7d.) Supplemental Insurance From AFLAC

Aflac If you’re sick or injured, you may not be earning money, and you probably have extra uncovered out-of-pocket expenses. How do you pay the rent, the car payment, the cable bill, and the extra expenses? Aflac helps by providing cash benefit payments that can be put toward lost earning power, daily living obligations, deductibles, and treatment related travel. Aflac’s benefits are paid directly to you and can be received in addition to existing medical, dental, and vision insurance and discount programs.

… with more added every month!

8: SPECIAL IMA BANKING SERVICES
FROM FAMILY MERCHANTS BANK

Dan Kennedy and his co-branded client, Darin Garman, have worked closely with Family Merchants Bank* to arrange special services EXCLUSIVELY for IMA members.

“Month after month I get valuable information to use in my law practice as well as in my information marketing business. It gives me content for my newsletters, so they can go out with less work.”

Ben Glass

Fairfax, VA

8a.) Special bank financing programs for high price-point coaching programs, seminars, courses, lifetime memberships, business opportunities, and franchises

FMB - Family Merchants Bank

For $25,000.00 to $50,000.00 and higher priced goods/services, pre-approved bank financing of up to 72 months at competitive interest rates can now be made available to YOUR customers. Many IMA members have already experienced easier sales for high-priced programs. It has proven to increase sales. In some cases, the bank will send representatives onsite to the info-marketer’s seminar. IMA members have already completed millions of dollars of sales with these financing arrangements. Details of how this program works are available to IMA members by request, and Dan’s approval is required for referral by the IMA to the bank. If you thought it was impossible for you to sell at prices of $25,000.00, $50,000.00, $100,000.00—now you can!

8b.) Credit card processing services and support specifically designed for information marketers

Finally, an arrangement with Family Merchants Bank and a major processor has been put in place to work with us “weird and scary” information marketers. This is still in a test phase, and can NOT be guaranteed available to IMA members at this time. However, initial testing with a few select info-marketers is encouraging. Family Merchants Bank is uniquely guaranteeing the credit card companies against risk for its info-marketer clients and then managing the accounts internally. This will give you, the info-marketer, direct communication with a private account manager at the bank who is familiar with your business and can be apprised in advance of sales surges…to avoid the most frequent problems info-marketers experience. This will NOT be available to all IMA members; restrictions will apply. We are working closely with the bank’s CEO and CFO on the testing and refinement of this program, with the objective of offering it to as many IMA members as possible. This is an example of an IMA member benefit in development—there are others not yet discussed here.

8c.) Exceptionally competitive CD and money market rates…assistance with self-directed IRAs and other retirement accounts…and unlimited federal deposit insurance (above $100,000.00)

*Dan Kennedy and Darin Garman have a financial interest in this bank. Mr. Garman sits on its board of directors.

9: IMA MEMBER GATHERINGS

“I get to joint venture and associate with so many like minded marketers that are doing great things.”

T.J. Rohleder
MORE, Inc.
FreeWealthEducationBook.com
Gossell, KS

9a.) FREE Regional Member Networking Roundtables

At least four times a year, Robert Skrob will personally host a regional member roundtable of IMA members. Each roundtable will be open to topics, and each person will have a chance to share successes. Members will share their insights and suggestions. Not only are these terrific forums for solving current problems, but also for developing professional networks with IMA members throughout your area that can facilitate your business for many years.

9b.) Annual Member Gathering With Dan Kennedy and Bill Glazer

Before or during the annual Glazer/Kennedy Insider’s Circle® Information Marketers’ Summit, THE annual convention of this industry, there will be an extra, closed door gathering of IMA members only, for facilitated networking. This will be your opportunity to meet face to face with the IMA members you’ve been sharing with via the Online Forum, reading the exploits of in publications, and hearing interviewed.

10: REPRESENTATION OF INDUSTRY

10a.) The IMA conducts a continuous publicity and media relations campaign, educating the business press, industry trade journals, and the public about “what ‘information marketers’ are” and promoting the IMA website: www.Info-Marketing.org. The better the public understands your business, the more likely they are to trust you and buy from you. Think of all of those people who go back to college to learn a new skill. Our goal is to encourage consumers to seek out info-marketers as their first choice for information resources. In addition, this public relations program will prominently feature the Products Showcase outlined in #5f above.

10b.) When appropriate, the IMA’s Government Affairs Office communicates with Congress, state level elected officials, regulatory agencies and the media about issues, pending legislation and similar matters of significant potential adverse impact on many or all information marketers. We will make ourselves heard on everything from postal rate increases and Internet use taxes to do-not lists.

For example, on behalf of info-marketers everywhere the IMA has;

“The newsletter profiles, examples, and legal advisories have helped me grow my business quickly.”

Gene Kelly
Accelerated Training Institute
www.AmericanGunsmith.com
Napa, CA

  • Commented on proposed Federal Trade Commission rules that would drastically expand business opportunity regulations to include many info-marketers, impose a waiting period for customers and require a disclosure document that includes the full contact information of 10 customer references.
  • Communicated with appropriate officials on Utah’s laws that attempt to restrict access of adult content to minors that affect everyone sending email to Utah residents.
  • Watched AOL.com new email delivery scheme that imposes a fee on email senders to “guarantee” delivery to AOL.com subscribers who presumably are already paying to have email delivered to them

Here might be a good place to say just a few words about “the big picture.” Given the strength of at least 1,000 to several thousand member-companies in the IMA, each one of those with its own organized group of thousands…I know from my extensive experience in association management that I can keep bringing more and better benefits to our members…expand the influence and prominence of our members as a group…and, in relatively short order, you’ll find yourself a part of a major, recognized force in the worlds of publishing, training, business, education, etc.

Here is a review of the IMA’s current comprehensive membership benefits:

10 Huge Benefits Together for FREE

If you’re anything like the small number of information marketers I had “preview” this collection of benefits, by now you’re really, really, really curious—and probably apprehensive—about the costs of membership!

I had them guess, and the lowest guess was $3,000.00 a year.

Get Rich Guide

Get a two-month FREE trial membership in the Information Marketing Association when you invest in this book today. Test drive every benefit; cancel at any time.

I agree that membership is easily worth that much, but such a fee would make it prohibitive for many info-marketers, and exclusionary. Our best interests are served by being the largest possible organization. More clout all the way around. And I can bring more opportunities and better discounts to the table. So, our decision—mine, Bill’s, Dan’s—was to keep the dues as low as we possibly could and still deliver on everything promised (and a few more goodies on the drawing table not mentioned here, too).

Those who got my “preview” were shocked at how low we set the dues—and, of course, insisted on joining immediately. I expect you’ll react the same way!

Invest in the book The Official Get Rich Guide to Information Marketing today, and you will receive a special 2-Month Free Trial Membership in the Information Marketing Association.

The book costs only $24.95 with FREE shipping. You receive the book and 2-Months Free Membership.

Decide for yourself. On the third month, you will be assessed membership dues of $99.00 per month and guaranteed NO dues increase for at least two full years. Of course, you may cancel your membership at any time.

Everything I have ever sold has a completely unconditional money-back guarantee. This is no exception, so here it is…

IMA’s Total Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee

If at any time during the first 60 days, you aren’t completely satisfied with your IMA membership, with a simple request you can: 1. cancel your membership; and 2. receive a full refund of everything you have paid. No questions asked, no hassles.

Keep in mind, your monthly dues INCLUDE Dan’s No B.S. INFO-Marketing Letter ($69.00 a month if subscribed to separately), the new monthly business teleseminars, and the copyright-free content for your newsletters and products—each of these resources by themselves easily justifies these modest dues!

What to Do Next? Enroll, of Course!

Use the enclosed member registration form, and fax it to 850-222-6002. Hurry, to be sure of being in the charter group, at the lowest dues.

You’ll get confirmation, a New Member Manual with everything you need to access all benefits and services, a Member Hotline number should you need to call, email instructions, the logo art on a CD and more—shipped to you immediately.
